Bio-Energy (Living Energy) in a simpler form is an energy generated through organic materials such plants, grains, etc. Bio-Energy is also called living energy as it can be renewable which helps to improve the condition of global warming. Now a day’s lots of researches are conducting on bio-energy.
Bio energy is actually generated from Biomass. Biomass is such materials which stores energy from the sun for example, plants, woods, forestry products, manures, separated household waste, agric-food effluents, etc. All these materials are renewable which are based upon carbon cycles, as coal, oil etc are not renewable. In some countries bio energy is tremendously implicated for everyday use, homes, offices, cars, etc.
Biomass can be used in different kind of usable energy like electricity and mostly this technology can be found in Brazil. In Brazil, used sugarcane bagasse is burned to provide heat as well to generate electricity to run machines. To generate the bio energy the organic plant are mechanically, thematically, biologically processed. Biomass is very advantageous for environment as it reuses the wastages, animal husbandry etc to form energy.
Bio energy is very unique comparing to other renewable energy technologies. Bio energy can be directly used to generate bio fuels, electricity, bio steams etc. Bio energy process is very cost effective, environment friendly and the best part is we don’t need to wait for solar beams or wind source as the biomass fulfills all the requirements.
Biomass can be found every where and this process of generating energy is very efficient for the economic growth as well as the environment. There are mainly two categories of biomass energy namely, modern biomass and traditional biomass. Generally people are not aware of generating biomass which can be found in farm, house wastages, and animal husbandry easily. There should be some awareness program for peoples of all over the world so that we can live in healthy environment and make our earth free from Global Warming.
